NECS is one of the units of TṬ Royte Group which has other units viz.

It was established on January 29th 2007 with a view to assisting the State
Government of Northeast States in availing funds from Central Ministries and
other funding agencies.
NECS has a staff streength of 165 including 63 full-time technical staff in
the field of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Enngineering, IT &
Software Development and Interior Design.
